The City of Montrose is inviting proposals from qualified general contractors interested in providing construction services for the building addition/expansion of Haven House of Montrose, Inc. to create a two story building wing that offers a new childcare facility & 8 apartment units.

There is a MANDATORY site visit for all interested Contractors on March 14, 2025 at 1 pm at the project site at 4806 N. River Rd. in Olathe, Co.

Proposals will be publicly received by City of Montrose & Haven House on March 24, 2025 at 3 PM through video conference at https://zoom.us/j/95769210186?p wd=aTfLjQbLwhUiajMZ0zIMQudIPtYH4g.1 Late proposals will not be accepted and it is the responsibility of the proposers to ensure that bids (including signed addenda) arrive by 2 PM on the date listed above. The deadline to submit RFI’s is March 17, 2025 (in lieu of the 22nd as shown on the RFP).

NOTE: This project is being funded in part by a Federal CDBG grant. Contractor shall comply with all Federal regulations including Davis-Bacon wage rates. Regulations and rates will be further explained at the Mandatory Site Visit.
